We aim to process refunds within seven days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. Stocked products (like money counters, POS mounts, and seals) ship immediately. Larger items (strongroom doors, anti-bandit doors) are manufactured to the customers specifications. Lead times vary but are typically much shorter than imports, thanks to our local supply chain.

Please contact our customer service team via sales@avansa.co.za. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via sales@avansa.co.za with the details. We’ll respond within 48 business hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return though our 30 Satisfaction Guarentee(unless otherwise stated on your invoice) and providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Many of our products are SABS-approved, NRCS approved, manufactured to SABS standards (where required) and are aligned with South African by-laws, insurance requirements, and international standards. Compliance is critical: insurance claims may be rejected if safes, doors, etc aren’t certified. We publish the applicable standard on each product page. Compliance packs and test certificates are available on request. Need an insurer or audit letter? We’ll include it with your quote.

We offer installation and training on cash handling equipment in most major metros. For specised security instalations we don't offer installtion but we can assit by refering you to one of our prefered installers.
